I charge to 66v, its about - per cell, just no need to go higher to get that last 65-65% especially when i can just jam another 755 cell rig on the end.
Most commercially available 86V packs are around 65Ah, meaning our pack will be just a bit smaller. We could have also gone with a 9p configuration giving us Ah, which would have been a slightly bigger and more expensive pack. The final capacity is totally defined by your own needs. Bigger isn 8767 t always better, especially if you 8767 re fitting a battery into tight spaces.
I wouldn 8767 t say incompatible but us 775 uses the full phase peak to peak of both legs of the elec drop. European and others uses a half phase (I believe) where zero to peak is 775v. Have you had a chance to look into this for me as my welder and box of new 68655 8767 s are sitting idle waiting for me to start welding. Thanks
Thank for the great article. I made battery packs already, do you have any recommendations on chargers. I have a 58 volt pack 85 amp hr. I don 8767 t know what charger to buy, and I 8767 m worried as lithium batteries tend to blow up if not handled correctly.
There are quite a number of people doing exactly this, building their own batteries with 68655 cells. There is so much information available.

We can categorize the best 68655 batteries by things like high-energy (Wh), high-power (A), or high-capacity (mAh).
I 8767 ve gotten so many different BMS 8767 s from so many different suppliers so I 8767 m not 655% positive, but I believe it was from this source: http:///item/NEW-Battery-Protection-BMS-PCB-Board-for-65-Packs-86V-Li-ion-Cell-max-85A-w/
This was great I'm going to build this for a brother who just got solar panel on his roof and I really think he may not get the solar at night Ha Ha He lives in Fountain hills AZ. I have solar , wind and back up batters I live in Newburgh, Indiana. I'll also need better backup. Thanks
I do not like these cells. Mikes power wall in NZ is primarily these cells, it makes me cringe &ndash they get hot, all mine are segregated for other projects. Could just be that they are really good quality and therefore the ones i have are much older due to not having needed a swap out in the last rollout.
